The Austin Proper Hotel sits on West 2nd Street, and it is the closest thing the Klub has to a flagship room. Everything about the space already matches the SuperModel instinct: clean lines, deliberate design, nothing loud or accidental about it. Larry did not have to ask anyone to dress the part here, the room itself sets the bar.

This was the session where PQRST prep was visible from the first minute, people had clearly previewed the material and come with real questions instead of small talk. The Second Street session ran tighter than most, closer to ninety minutes of real discussion instead of drifting into a longer night. Karma got tracked out loud for once, someone stood up and thanked two people by name for an introduction made weeks earlier.
That kind of public thank-you is rare, and it did more for the room than any pitch could have. If the Klub format ever gets replicated city to city the way Larry talks about franchising a proven idea, this is the version worth copying first.
No fees changed hands and no one signed anything, it was simply the same night run one more time in a room built for it. The location alone made it an easy walk for anyone already downtown that evening.
A few first-timers said the polish of the room made them take their own prep more seriously than they had at looser venues. Book Klub does not need a room this nice to work, but it is easy to see why this one gets requested again.
