This season, we're reading Becoming Supernatural .
Dr. Joe Dispenza · Becoming Supernatural
Dispenza's book is about rewiring the mind and body: meditation, focused intention, and the science of changing your internal state. It is a big, ambitious read, and far more rewarding to unpack out loud with other people than alone on the couch.
Come with it read, half-read, or barely started. The point is the conversation, the water, and the people around the table. Larry keeps the circle moving and the introductions flowing.
How the afternoon unfolds.
Arrive poolside in your Euro Summer Beach Club best. Twenty-one and up, valid ID at the door.
