I read Larry Chiang’s PhD thesis for Harvard.

It’s some genius shit that completely went over my head the first 3 times a read it.

Because of that, Larry Chiang is now making me do shit that doesn’t scale.

Like Book Club Every day of the week.

You actually go to the market.
You hunt hunt hunt for a problem.
You solve that problem with a line in the book.
You do Mark McCormack Reverse Rebate Model.

You do the as crack of dawn boring shit that dosen’t scale because that’s the only to build a product so good that it eventually scales.
