Book Club is officially in Motion. #EUTWMPPM

Yesterday I was in search of the last 4 books that I needed for book club.

I was about to Amazon Prime them to my door to arrive today. For $96.47.

Right before I clicked purchase, I asked myself…

What would Larry Chiang do?

Because $0 is the most powerful number in the universe.

Larry would try to get the books for free.

Larry would also pull out his wallet, and show me his Austin Public Library card.

I’m also a local public library virgin, so i dont have a library card. YET.

So the next best thing to free books from the library.

Is half priced books from half priced books.

So I go to half priced books, ask them if they have these 4 books from Larry Chiangs Entrepreneurial VC Thesis Non Matriculated.

Books:
– The Lean Product Playbook by Dan Olsen
– What They Dont Teach You At Harvard Business School by Mark McCormack.
– The Four Steps to The Epiphany by Steve Blank
– Business Model Generation by Alexander Osterwalder

Lucky enough they had all 4 for $44.97!

Now I will say thats

The guy who helps me said afefer he found the 4th book. “Man you’ve got to be the luckiest guy on the planet”

I said “Really!? That’s one of those things that must happene once a blue moon.” (Because we had a beautiful Blue Micromoon)

After Losing my bookstore virginity, book club is finally in motion.
