In founder mode it’s easy to justify going to the market with things that don’t actually go to the market because it feels good and productive. Therefore, you get validation for the wrong reason.

Forgetting that i’m HUNT HUNT HUNTING for a problem and trying to solve it. Forgetting that we are breaking the habit of being ourselves in real time.
AKA Getting distracted with things that feel productive like trying to sell. When that’s not even your job.
