Today I managed $85 Million in real estate from 11am – 12:56pm.

That place being Fogo De Chao In Downtown Austin Texas across from the JW.

How? Two Man Selling.

First we won the venue.

We won the GM of the venue by showing up on monday and connecting with the GM, Ricardo.
My Mentor Larry Chiang had double meat and i had the salad bar after he left.

Before I arrived, Larry got to know the GM and told him I did some cool stuff.

So when I arrived the GM was ecstatic to meet me.

We then set up a deal with him by saying.

"Hey we have this crazy idea okay, what if we ordered chicken today. pick up and give away on friday?" He said yes.

My FATAL Mistake was taking the chicken home on monday to give away on friday.

So today, Friday I had to remedy the situation like this.

I set up book club outside to do #FreeFoodForLeadGen

I walk in with the big bag of chicken and tell the manager.

"Yo i completely fucked up, I accidentally took home chicken on monday to give away on friday. when i meant to just order the chicken on monday to then pick up on friday, would you be able to re heat it for me?"

He said almost exactly what Larry Chiang told me he was gonna say. So thank you Larry for preparing me to work this chicken deal.

After he said no 3 times, I said.

"I love fogo We are even hosting a #MiamiSwimWeek Fogo Lunch Next Monday at the Fogo in Brickell! Look i still paid $140 and left a $40 tip to eat the salad bar. Is there anythign we can do?"

He this asked, "Want me to throw it away?" I said yes please. and he said i’ll see what I can do.

I left a metal food tray on the counter again and dipped for 30 minutes.

I came back and the tray was filled with hot fresh chicken. 🙂

THEN Come book club from 11:30 – 12:56. with a minor break in the middle.

I was able to give out 4/5ths of the chicken AND connect with a girl who works for Joe Dispensa and host a joe dispensa walking meditation group here in Austin.

All in all, It was an amazing day. And cant believe i got to manage $85 Million in Real Estate here in Austin Texas.

Truly thankful full for the opportunity to sell fogo de chao chicken for free as a side quest.
