Well, in this contact, I would say that, but I just described I don’t have an answer of how to succeed but I think it’s exciting and that’s why I love this industry because things came so often and new technology things come to the forefront of consumer behavior and I think that’s the most exciting day and I’m just excited.
I love that we’ve gotten more sophisticated with the measurement Sounds boring, but it actually opens up more opportunities for us.
It’s a way for us to get more budget and explain to the rest of the organization how important this is this ecosystem so I think that continues to prevent.
Another angle, what would you say is your mistake every day there like you said this is your advice how do you focus a progress? It is really hard. I think there’s a small things you can do to stay. Stay focused like truly looking. I truly look at my week every Monday. I can only do so much of a week in a day so we need to be really focused on certain things that we know I think there has to be a balance of what needs to be done. What performance we need to drive what are we doing in this day and then to this topic like where is the pipe I going
